Erick Slabaugh was only 19 when he was put in as a leader in the work. He bought part of the of the company and eventually bought the equity out. He was working and not gaining money the way his friends were in the fastest rate his friends were. He said you have to have courage to start a business, but he knew that it worth the risk.  He recognized the value of mentor ship.  He wishes that he looked to others for that mentor ship. He thought it would be great to start a computer access company.  He didn’t know what to do with computer program investing.  He failed at achieving success from that investment. Having a family business is a rough way to go about your day but its rewarding to work hard and be able to see that you did something powerful at the end of the day.

being a mentor matters. we all have something that we can give to others and making it matter so that our life has purpose is so important.
