Our ward and stake has been blessed to get a new church meetinghouse. It is just beautiful. It is so new, that in the Dave's office only the clock is hanging, i am busy trying to decorate it for him so it's a little home away from home, since he is there just as much :)

Families are forever

Connor had his first 007 Party. They had so much fun! A & A maxwell , Z & M Mcnelley, M kerr, M schank, and Connor & Ethan all dressed in black, and this was all the kid's idea of being in disguise! We drop them off in the neighborhood and they have to make their way home to our house, with out being caught while we drive with big flashlights and find them! It is so fun. Our ward does it with the young men, Cousin Tristan's Ward Does it and now we do it, Our new favorite family game.

awe this is a long story, so I will spare my poor fingers from typing so much. after a bad experience for a ton of ladies at girl's camp last year ( as in they had to all hear me snore) BADLY. I finally went to the doctor with my concerns 10 months ago and have been dealing with Allergies, snoring, insomnia, etc. after....looooooots of money, snoring, time, tears, snoring, heartache, unromantic snoring.....I have sleep apnea. the doctors determined I stop breathing 20 times per HOUR and I snore, duh! Loud, duh! ;)

I have a really awesome machine that keeps me breathing all night, so that I don't stop breathing. Needless to say this could be a long story but, It is a scary thing to have. Maybe I will get brave enough to post my pretty pictures with the machine, Maybe

So in the summer of 2007 I had the idea to create another card group. Well I did it and some of the members have changed. I turned the reins over to a close friend to head it up when I had lots on my plate, but we are 10 member strong and it is so much fun. The cards are cute as can be and the ladies are great. The creativity blows my mind sometimes! This picture is fun because it was the first time we have ever had everyone there.

I am thankful for good people in my life this year who have talked to me and shared things with me and opened up to me. I shared with some and opened up to some. I am learning and growing too. I am not perfect. With that said, I think I may have offended some. You can always tell because behaviors change yet you don't know what you did. I was told.... you can't offend. People just let themselves be offended. I am going to try my best from now on to NOT facilitate a reason for people to choose to be offended by me. I have never tried to offend anyone but, Now I am going to work harder. There is no reason to hurt people in this world. I have lots of things as a mom and friend and sister I need to work on.

summer 2010

this pic sums up our summer thus far......car troubles. we bought a 2004 Nissan quest van in april 08 and have loved it. UNTIL now. we have spent many thousands of dollars and were without it for 6 weeks, ( more weeks it will be in the shop I am sure) and what a pain in the rear end. my man is seen here, squished under the car trying to fix the catalytic converter. this pic is taken at 10:30pm on a cool 106 degree night! we still had to have it towed!

during which our 3 little chickens decided to have a lemonade stand. 10:30 pm. if you drove down our culdesac you would hear the SCREAMINGS of our little woman. Fruit Punch, Lemonade and popsicles coming from the boys, too.

this is sonny (our oldest) sulking because no one was buying their product.

the marketing department with cool wet shammies to try and keep them cool around their necks

tink so happy to sell.....nothing but a glass of fruit punch to her mom for 50 cents.

12 years later we took our family to the gila valley temple open house and spent the first time in the celestial room with all of our children. there is nothing sweeter. tears came to my eyes as my sweetheart and i looked at each other knowing that we are a family forever. our 12th... actually 13th anniversary is approaching and my sweet heart who has made some plans for us.

Dave started a new job recently,works with the youth at church and gives it his all, he was called to be Bishop, gives his all to our family and the members of our congregation with his whole heart, attends to the house and our every need. In the midst of all this busy chaos. he has planned a anniversary getaway for us at the fancy biltmore hotel, dinner at ruth chris and a broadway show. he is good to me. we have great people that help us with our children and we have a great life. i am thankful for my blessings.

She was my teacher. She was awesome and I love her more each day. She has always supported me and was always there for me when I needed her most but of all she never misses my bday! She is darling. She is the one who introduced me to the church and her Dad, Dr. Fellars confirmed me a member of the church. I have been richly blessed to have her in my life. So okay here is a post to everyone that has asked me to post more. I used to be so good about it but things have picked up the no time for it right now. Here is an update of why I am not trying to neglect my blog.....

The kids started school the end of August and have 4 day school weeks. So long days but 3 day weekends. So we play for 3 days instead of 2 because the other four days. We don't have anytime for anything else because

C became a Webelo Scout and is learning the trombone and piano, not much time for much else

A is in Activity days and learning the piano. not much time for much else.

I got called into Relief Society Presidency, ( and I thought Scouts was busy).

I started back to work part time after 11 years at the school with the kids heading up the reading program everyday. AMAZING, i love it, but i am learning to manage my time, and slowly figuring it out.

I am doing Relief Society stuff and thinking I was finishing up a scout event I started 6 months ago. To find out, my scouting career is just beginning because they want me for good to help out on the district level. Which is way fun. I accepted. maybe I am crazy.

Dad is now the 1st counselor in the bishopric, same as the 2nd but still different. and he is one busy man! He has been busy loosing lots of weight.

So needless to say. Facebook, Blogspot.com you have to wait. I will try to keep up, but I am going to face the facts. I can't play with you as much as i would like.

Is is sometimes not the easiest thing to come up with a new blog title. I have not been blogging for a while now. Busy is the key word. I love my busy life. But it is catching up with me. I am coming down with SOMETHING. I can't shake it off. for the last week I have been crazy busy and feeling off. I don't see an end in sight. so here is a run down of my last 8 days.

Dinner with some friends at yummy Texas Roadhouse.( we haven't been out to dinner for about 5 months, so that wa a yummy treat)

church, meetings, church. love it!

We actually had a package in the mail come that we were expecting! a miracle. we have had mail issues for a loooooong time. we send out stuff and it never gets mailed out, and C had a bday card sent to him in august with money...he never got it. that is the kind of stuff that always happens.

FHE with a group of friends to make some thinking of you letters for a sweet man at church that wasn't feeling so great. The ambulance had to come get him from church, not fun.

Busy day of shopping, and then church meetings, and slipped in the garage on some power steering fluid. I fell RIGHt on my behind and messed up my shoulder and side of my body. i hurt for days!

went to an early morning session at the temple and made a day of it! so fun.

church meetings ( i was called a while back as Relief Society Sec., I thought Cubmaster kept me busy. not even close! I am still working with the Scout district.)

card night with some girlies and actually skipped a church meeting to socialize.

Another day at the temple for stake temple night and it was packed. we have the BEST stake around. best ward, too. Love those people.

After a long day, and night at the temple a sweet treat at Bahama Bucks in Mesa, we just discovered this and it's incredible. then up at 5 am to attend an eagle scout project which was so fun and we all learned alot about concrete!

then off to the general relief society broadcast.

church and a new calling for Dave ( he was 2nd counselor in bishopric now he is 1st)

a busy day for him again and the week starts again. I am trying to stay motivated but I do not feel good. I am looking forward to another weekend of General conference. it is one of my favorite 2 weekends of the year. some family coming to town and get to hang out, if i am not still sick with this stupid flu thing. I don't do sick good because I don't stop to take care of me. Sad I can admit this but I still don't do anything about it!

David and Magee had it last week and Magee is still getting over it. Why me! keep your icky germs to yourself.

Well my worldwind week long activities of service, family, the temple, and a few treats were amazing.

My hunk had left for church for his duties, I have my Sunday duties as the get everybody ready, on time for church with as little yelling as possible and everyone was almost ready. I had already been up for a while and thought "I am going to catch up my favorite read....Nienie Dialogues. Well I didn't expect to be so touched by her recent picture post of herself and her hunk. The picture of a woman so changed by a fiery plane crash which changed her outward appearance so drastically, but her eyes are still the same. Eyes are told to be the window to the world. Her world was changed a year ago, and I often think of her trials so big and Seemingly unbeatable when I am in my own frustrating moments of life and how I feel sorry for myself. Well I wasn't having one of the those moments, but I was crying. Crying for Nie and all she has had to endure. I was visible to my little Mageeman. Well I did one last check of everyone, hair gelled and brushed, ties on straight, scriptures in hand, sock on and

I said to my little Mageeman," you are one hot tamale" he smiled unsurely, and I said...Do you know what a hot tamale is?

his response.. Yep it is just like a Mike and Ike but not as hot, and spicy.

my response... You are right but it also means You are one handsome man who I love so much.

Still with tears in my eyes, I hugged my mageeman so tightly and kissed his soft cheek, which in return he kissed my lips that were covered in mint lip gloss and he said you are pretty mom.

I cried more. That went on all day at church and I was so thankful for the chance to hug and see my little children everyday and be a part of their life. I am so thankful for the things in life that make us stronger even when we get broken down sometimes. Sometimes we give to much power to others when our only thing we should be giving the power to is the Lord. He gives us all these things. He makes all these experiences possible. I am blessed.

Trip to Cali...Randoms

We had a fun filled week in Cali and some friends came down to hang out too. We did the beach 5 days out of 6 and we had a funnnnnnnnn time. We love to go down and see grandma & grandpa hoopes. My kids love to dig and dig and dig in the sand. They had a good time. We camped at the beach in Grampy's new RV. Went to Seaport Village, La jolla Coves, seal beach and chilled at Oceanside beach, we could have stayed there forever... We got to see nieces and nephews, especially the newest addition 3 weeks old! Uncle david always steals he babies.

So I lay here not being able to move well, as I threw my back out. I am hurting. I dont have back problems but today, I am sore. All because I pretend to be super human woman who can move any piece of furniture on my own. I really can, i just sometimes get hurt. I am going to start a new tradition of writing lovely things about my peeps...on their big birthdays. So here is the 1st and it's special post will be on sweet little sister Katy. Katy is one of my favorite people. Katy just had a new little baby boy named Shane. We can't wait to meet him. Katy is 2 years younger than me. She has always been the laid back go with the flow sister. I wish I was more like her. She is a wonderful mom, sister, friend. She has the skinniest legs and they are long. She is a babe and when we were in high school we could go to filibertos and she would get us free food. She stole my student ID when we were in high school so she could get off campus to go to UPPERCRUST Pizza. She still loves that place. they do have the best salads and ranch. I have wanted to post about this many times and haven't. If you are around me for about 5 minutes. You will hear me say....Lovebug. the thing is I love lady bugs, always have.

I did not realize til a few years ago, how often I say it. All the closest people in my life, have caught on and many letters cards and gifts have something to do with a lady bug. Well today Dave and I were given these lovebug, ladybug cupcakes with the cutest little poem and letter attached so I knew I had to share.

For your FYI, my NANA always called me Lovebug. She was my favorite person in the whole wide world. Lovebugs are a bug in Florida( where they Lived), that are the male and female attached. They are born that way. Funny I know, but these bugs are horrible. They splat on all cars that drive in Florida, all over the hoods and are a pain to clean off, so thus came the nickname, maybe I was a pain too, but the nickname stuck. So Ladybugs aka lovebugs in our house a big part of me!

C & A are in swim team in our town. They go 5 days a week and they love it. They are getting really good to..> C swam in 3 events 100 m relay, 50 m freestyle and 25 back stroke and came in 6 out of 8 in them. He did great. Especially for his first meet. A swam in 2 events and came in 6th of 8. she did great too. I was asked to record lane ordrs and it was fun but stressful! Only 1 parent got mad at us. All in all it was a great time!

Summer has begun!

Our summer officially started a week ago. No more school. We have a family tradition that we go to Sonic on the last day of school. We have done for 4 years now. The kids have kept busy. They started Swim team 2 weeks ago and go every day and they love it. We had our first Lemonade stand of the summer and A and A earned a whole 1.50. We joined the harkins 1 time a week movie program and we have already had lots of play dates, swimming, playing on the water slide and of course the trusty Trampoline. I am already tired. Not really but we are off to a good...busy.... start! Last year this same time, both the cute man and I were recovering from our mishaps and surgeries and did not get to play with our little chickens like we wanted to. I plan to make up for it this year. A friend yesterday said" I can never get a hold of you, you are never home" That is always true during the school year but even worse now. So call my cell or you are out of luck, and since my message thing on my cell isn't so trusty just keep calling and when I am not play ing with my 3 favorite little people, I will chit- chat but I am looking forward to lots of fun so if you want play just call!

My FAVORITE things ( Besides my family and Church) are Cupcakes, Willow Trees and FLOWERS! My birthday was filled with all of these. A few church meeetings, my sweet husband and kids, and friends and family sending lots of well wishes via text messages, phone and email. It was the best bday I have ever had. No pressure and lots of fun. So my hunk baked me a cake, Bought me lots of flowers for the back yard, and is taking me on a steamy date tomorrow. I just love him. I had flowers and cupcakes and movie tickets and gift cards and an adorable outfit. Everyone who knows me knows that I love cookbooks, But I especially love Cook books about Cupcakes! I got one and it is just so cute. Fun day and thanks to all that made it special. Birthdays are not a big thing for me, but I was very humbled to be given so much love! thanks.

We went camping in Payson this weekend, and what a fun time we had! We needed to get away. We slept right by the tonto creek and it was beautiful. We can hardly wait to go back! River jumped into the river...immediately! He brought sticks, and pine cones for us to throw into the freezing river the whole time. We made yummy Fajitas and sat around the fire.

We had a delightful breakfast with the most delightful friends, the Maxwells. We were invited for a yummy GO GREEN breakfast and, after M and I were able to accomplish a ton of scout stuff. We are co chairing an upcoming Camporee for Cub scouts. 6 Stakes and our entire district is involved. We have lots of meetings and I will just say that I havent seen a whole lot of my kids the last few months on a regular basis. It has been fun, but so much of my attention is being stretched. I have had a rough few months and I know the Lord will bless me for the things we as a family have been facing. I even feel overwhelmed at times, but life keeps going and going, and I am surviving. Tears, sleepless nights, meetings and lots of loving supportive kids hubby and friends, and this day was particularly special because it was a morning of just fun!

I have been wanting to post this for a long time, and today I am doing it. We decided a few years ago not to do the whole Super Bowl Sunday thing ...anymore. We always had a huge party every year when we were in Utah and a year or 2 while we have been in AZ but I have always felt like it is not the thing that we should be doing on a SUNday. I love Sundays. I love that we get to stay home. for many it is HAVE to stay home. We get to stay home. We rarely travel on Sundays, we don't normally visit family. We don't go outside to play or jump on the trampoline or such. We do take cookies and treats to people and write and craft and we don't shop. We never go out to get sweet treats or food and make someone else work. I love Sundays and can actually nap now and rest. I just love Sundays. Well we recently were told by someone that we should come to a Super bowl party and we said we don't do a big superbowl thing. For many reasons, but basically because we don't want to. WELL, today was Ward Conference and it was what I needed. The theme was KEEPING THE SABBATH DAY HOLY. It was brought up too many times to count that we should not be watching the Super Bowl. Yippee. Someone, actually many agree with what David and I feel is right. It was also said along with many other things that we should be focused on our family. There is so many other things to be doing. I am going to stive harder and harder to keep the special sabbath holy. I have a lot that as a mom I need to keep working on. But for my children's sake I need to be the example of what to do, not just preach it.

We had a really fun Love day as we call it in our home. We received lots of Love treats from our friends and Grandma & Grandpa Hoopes. We also got to give a bunch of them, too. We always spend the day together as a family and this year we got to watch some friends kids so they could go and spend time alone. The kids were so fun to have and we got to do a little love day craft. WE made love book markers for our scriptures. and the little girls gave some to their favorite friends.

I helped out with ethan\s kinder love day party and I was incharge of the game and i did pin the heart on the love heart. The kids thought it was so fun. I could not think of anything to do because I slept like 2 hours and we had Grandma/Grandpa Hoopes staying with us ( which was so fun, so we spent our time with them) and My brain was dead !

For Valentines I do a Love basket for each of my kids and hot love. The kids love it! this year they got blankets and gloves for our campout in the mountains and a candy bar and some craft supplies.

Tink also got a special necklace from dad and I.

My cute valentine made me the cutest basket of all! all my favorite things. Rolos, raisinets my favorite gum, Orbit sweet mint a candle and an Itunes card.

My Friend Melisa M. made 100 of these chocolate heart pizzas for her scout age boys to sell for a fundraiser, we were given one for love day! We felt so priveledged!

Projects

I have been a busy little bee. Lots of sewing projects with my new sewing machine.22 Red vests that Ashley helped me make one saturday night. We copied my friend Melisa's son's vest and cut them all out and sewed them all. I wish I would have taken pictures with her sewing on the machine. I made them for each of the little Cub Scouts I work with.

I did a makover on all of the pillows on my couch. I love the pattern of the fabric and I love all the colors.

I made each of the kids a travel pillow to bring down stairs when they watch a movie. Connor's Dalmations obviously, Ethan Camo print, duh, and Ashley a cute pattern with little owls on it. they love them and take them everywhere.

I was having a day on Saturday. Pretty much a break from life as Kary as you usually know her and I needed a change. which came in the way of redoing my ENTIRE kitchen. I took the doors off the pantry, and redid it all so that they can be open and organized. I love it! I am going to paint the inside of the back walls. any ideas on a color?

Busy week

We started our week with some friends for Fhe. then 2 different days of Play dates, and ended the weekend with a hike . Here is some fun pictures.

The kids using my parafin wax on their hands. take a peek at our garbage and recyclin. Mr. Hoopes forgot to take our garbage cans out and we are to the max!

On our hike the Kids found a skeleton of a cow. The farmers always just dump the dead ones. So sad.

The weather was just gorgeous! This is why people live in Arizona.

She cracks me up.. She is just the cutest little thing. Today at church a lady said to ashley. are you really 8 you look 6. I wanted to say welcome to our world of little people!

David thought he was soooooo cool that he could spin it. He actually spun it for a bit too.

Connor on his 3rd play date of the week. His buddies A & A came to play, these are 2 of the best kids on the planet they are the youngest of 6 boys. their mother is a SUPERSTAR to raise 6 amazing boys with so much respect and integrity. We had such a fun night playing with these boys.

For FHE we played with the Maxwell family Dash out. It was fun running around like a bunch of chickens and nothing got broken.

Connor on the 1st Playdate of the week. With M they were riding bikes.

Tink thinks she is so slick. She actually is soooo good on those skates, she scares us. but she has really good coordination. it is fun to see her smile and no teeth!

We worked hard all week and our upcoming is even busier. You would not believe that every weekend in Jan, February we have had a scout training or church activity. We already have 3 weeks in March the same way. Yikes. Our babysitters are getting rich, and our friends have been so helpful to watch them.

Dash Out

So we did a game night with our friends the M Family. They are the coolest Bunch! They have 6 boys. and 5 came, one is at BYU idaho. we all had a great time. One of their older boys A has decided she wants to marry a man just like him. Connor and their twins get along great! The funny thing is the older boys kept asking are your sure we won't break anything, and I was not clear as to how the game really went. That is until we played.It is called dash out and it is a hoot! So basically we all run around and you have to hit the game thing on these colored disks. We are totally buying the game. it is so fun. It is not a game where you can get great pictures at least not of me, because you are running around like a chicken, trying to find the right disks! We had some refreshments of the Chocolate fountain and spinach artichoke dip, and a fun time with some great friends.!

The Holy Grail of Races...The pinewood Derby

Connor had his 2nd out of 3 pinewood derbies and He won 1st place! We thought it was pretty cool. Connor was a very good sport about not rubbing it in. He did a great job. As the picture above. His car was totally GHETTO! he took one of my old phones and smashed it to pieces then collected all the pieces and put it together. The cars name was "no signal". He has a very creative mind. His best buddy who is a Wolf came in 2nd so Both families were pretty surprised because both had basic nothing special cars. all the other cars were way aerodynamic. Not Connor's....

13. I use to never leave my kids my kids with babysitters or friends. The guilt and everything. now. between david and I we have so many meetings for church and school, etc. they are left 2 much in my opinion. yikes. i hate it.
14. I loved nursing my 3 kids. 2 years for 2 of them and cried when I had to stop.
15. I am severly claustrophobic. and i am a forever insomniac
16. I have a weird thing with textures of food. I don't eat much meat because of it.
17. I am not a good disiplinarian. David is though.
18. I love to eat bean and cheese burritos.
19. I have some of the best girlfriends in the world and very good about keeping intouch. but in High school, I hung out with all the guys. Never dated any of them, but was part of them. I was a late bloomer with the dating scene and made up after high school.
20. I never smoked anything in my life and all my sisters and family smokes, so i am the odd man out.
21. I love to garden and do yard work, but hate doing it in the heat of the summer.
22. I can not wait to serve a mission and work in the temple with david someday.
23. I love to sew and craft but rarely find the time to anymore.
24. i constantly feel guilty what more I could do give service to the people around me. Including my kids and husband. I never feel like I have done enough.
25. I love yummy cupcakes and have lots of cupcake recipe books.

I had to post about this because it was just too funny to pass it up! We have been dejunking and simplifying. So we thought! We were given a 60 inch tv and so we had to get it up to our room. That was a project! So Jared, David and Our friend Tommy all moved the tv up, they did a great job with only a few knicks in the wall. Oh we laughed so hard with memories of PIVOT from the Friends episode. Oh we laughed. Poor Jared was slammed against the wall while they tried to get the Tv around the corner. Oh it was so funny.

So fast forward a few days later we got rid of some tv's and an a HUGE tv stand and the trick was getting it down stairs. So we called a bunch of families that came for game night for Family Home Evening and then we put them to work. The S, C, T families and thank goodness for Jared's truck the S/H moving company at your service.

I am not normally happy for the week to end, but I am this week. I love my life. I love my cute companion and I love my 3 little lovebugs, but my plate is full. So much of everything in my heart and my mind this week.

I have a big x-large cup that runneth over with so many good people in my life! I have been blessed and I am thankful. Some people in our lives come and go and some come and stay. Thank heavens for the ones that stay. I love the sweet little people that stay close. The older I get the wiser I get and I am learning...very slowly learning.... to let things go. Life brings us sunshine and rain, although rain is my favorite thing. Metaphorically speaking we have to let the rain go away and look at the sunshine. If my itty bitty family weren't a part of my day, I would never be able to see the sunshine. So as much as I hate the heat, Let the sun shine down on me!

My not so sad story

So this is my not so sad story... I have horrible food allergies, and skin allergies.
I get hives and Anaphylasis if i eat the wrong thing, but my skin does crazy things. I every so often get these horrible skin breakouts, where layers of my skin under my rings, crack, and bleed and HURT! I was getting ready to post on the picture when I read NIENIE's blog about her burns and I have NOTHING to complain about! I can't imagine how much pain she is in, becuase my stupid little fingers hurt so bad when they are in this state. So the moral of the story is, when we are going through something, physically, spiritually, mentally, jsut remember there is someone going through it worse and we have no place to complain,,,and that is my 2 cents!

We Have been blessed by good friends,good fun, and good opportunities, Good Learning this week.

Good fun...lots of Wii bowling with the S family and their kids when they had a work party Friday night. We love to hang out with those kiddos. D got the chance to play some Nintendo DS by himself. It was pretty funny. Normally Conman, M, Magee, and J are all connected wirelessly to their games.

Good Oppourtunity... I started preschool again out of my home. It is sooooo fun. I love it! I have a group of darling little lovebugs. My Dining room is a fun preschool room now!
and Tink got the oppourtunity to seperate our laundry. she actually likes it and she is good at it. She is a great helper, so I am glad that I gave her the OPPOURTUNITY to help me clean..he-he

Good Learning... Both David and I are serving in Scouting Capacities and loving it. There is always challenges but that comes with anything. I had 4 days in6 of meetings, and Both David and I went to a training for most of Saturday and it was very enlightening. It makes you realize all the other things in life just don't matter. Just raising our precious kids.

Good Friends...the kids have some great friends that came this week. Connor has a sweet spot for little baby A. she is the cutest thing ever and we love when their parents ask us to watch their little ones. we snuggle and love on her. M and J get along so good with our kids so it is great! they love to play games.... for hours!

tender mercies

I am so thankful for tender mercies from the Lord. My little kids that call me mom take better care of me sometimes than I do of them. I have not been feeling so great the last 2 weeks, flu, and then cracked my tooth and my tongue is all swelled up from rubbing against the sharp tooth, and they have been so sweet and helpful. I sometimes wonder why I have been trusted to take care of them? At any rate, I am sure greatful for them. They are so sweet and pure and lovely.

I couldn't pass up this blog entry... My cute little Niece Sierra is a sweet little spirit. So my sister Katy called me to give me a heads up the gift from her sweet little girl. Sierra is the cutest little child and her and her mom, my sister, were at the dollar store one day. Well Sierra found this Picture (plaque) of the Virgin Mary. She informed my sister that she HAD to get it for me.
To make a long story short i was touched. Katy said I know you don't put up pictures or idols like that, but Sierra said it was perfect for me and she said Sierra saw me as spiritual. How cute is that! I will cherish it. Little kids are the cutest things. The things that they pick up on. Thanks Sierra for your sweet thoughts of me! Love you.

This is foto overload! this is the last 2 weeks of our crazy holiday break. New years, Christmas, Christmas eve, New Years, New Year's eve, Sea world, Ashley's Baptism,Lego Land, California Beaches...and lots more. We had a fun 2 weeks. Definetly with laughs, Family, tears, Friends, drama, but lots of fun! We had some tiring days and they caught up to Ethan on Sunday when he came down sick sunday and monday and it hit me thurs and friday. I have been home sick as a dog. I hate being sick! thanks for the kind calls and emails from loved ones. This was a busy time for us, but lots and lots of fun. Santa brought the kids all Nintendo Ds games, Kary got A real knife set and a pair of tenny runners, David got a whole thing of tools. We have been very blessed and we are greatful for all the time we got to spend with our loved friends and family.

Our little girl is 8, oh my. She is a cute little thing. She got French toast for breakfast, Her favorite Mexican place for diner, a Cake and nana and Poppy and Uncle rich to sing with all of us and Tommy. Gifts, Baptism shoes, and A new art center corner in her room, Followed by a night out with her favorite friends to see the movie Bolt, and dinner at Mcdonalds. Thanks to Aunt Kyley for her help too. A fun time was had by all!
